During this initial consultation, we will determine a game plan that will best fit your needs and assess what our working relationship will look like moving forward. A contract and consent form will also be reviewed at this time.
***Clients under 18 will need a parent/guardian to review and sign forms as well (more information will follow once the contact form is received and we proceed to the next steps)***

INDIVIDUAL 1:1 TRAINING

Gain exposure to mental skills that are tailored to meet personal performance needs.
We will have an initial consultation to discuss a plan of action and build a working relationship.
Following initial consultation, ongoing sessions will be scheduled accordingly
(session bundles may apply – further information upon request)

GROUP/TEAM TRAINING

Gain exposure to mental skills that are tailored to meet group/team performance needs.
Dependent on intent of requested training, a workshop will be curated – workshops are engaging training events and consist of “classroom” instruction followed by application of skills through varying activities
*Recurring group/team training bundles may apply – further information upon request)
* Group/Team Training on site at client’s space or coordinated venue
* These trainings are conducive to 10+ participants
